The ceremony will start 4:00 PM. Guests can arrive as early as 3:30 PM, please be seated by 3:45 PM. The reception will follow the ceremony with a cocktail hour.
The garden will open to guests 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. You may take photos in the garden before and after the ceremony. Please be seated at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony!
We request all guests to put away cell phones and cameras during the ceremony so you can be fully present and enjoy watching us get married. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer for the day. We promise to share all photos and videos with you!
Cocktail Attire: Wear dresses, dressy jumpsuits/skirts, slacks with dress shirt (suit jackets and/or ties encouraged but not required). The couple requests no jeans, shorts, polos, leggings, or other casual clothing. *Wedding colors are blues and gold, but you are welcome to wear any color, except for white for women.
The ceremony will be outside. If needed, the ceremony can be under a tent. If the weather is perfect, we may have the reception dinner outside on the patio, but we have room inside the venue if needed!
There will not be a shuttle service. The hotel is less than 1 mile away from the reception. Please be responsible if you choose to drink and order an Uber, Lyft, cab, etc. We do anticipate going downtown after the reception!
We are extremely limited on space at the reception venue. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those who have guests included on the invitation. Please reach out to the bride and groom for any clarification.
We have not finalized the appetizer, dinner, or dessert menu yet. Please reach out to the bride or groom for any dietary needs. There will be an open bar with two signature drinks, beer, and wine.
