Shuttle Information to Resort from Airport

On your initial room reservation confirmation email from Finest Playa Mujeres, information was given to you regarding your airport transfer and a link was also provided for you to make these airport transfers. Transfers can be set up within 21 days of departure. Private transfers are included for guests within one room, arriving together and departing together, booked a minimum of 3 nights. If you have additional guests within one room arriving on different dates or departing on different dates they are not eligible for the complimentary private transfer. If you cannot find your link on your original room reservation, please email to: transfers@seasonstours.com To set up your transfers, Seasons Tours must have the following information: Reservation Number: Name on Reservation: Arrival Date: Airline carrier arriving into Cancun: Airline number arriving into Cancun: Arrival time arriving into Cancun: **Cancun airport is in Eastern time** Departure Date: Airline carrier departing Cancun: Airline number departing Cancun: Departure time from Cancun: When you land in Cancun and get past immigration, pick up your luggage and clear customs. After clearing customs, you will exit to a hall, where you will find different booths, please do not stop here unless you’re interested in a timeshare. Walk all the way to the main gate and exit outside where you will find your transportation with Seasons.

Checking In

When checking in, confirm your departure transportation with the front desk. Also, if you have a preferred time for housekeeping and turn down service, let them know and they will note it.
