Otherwise your reservation will then be automatically cancelled, and you will have to create a new reservation at today’s rates. If your card is going to expire, you will need to call them at 1-866-211-6223. *If a credit card is declined at final payment, an email will be sent where the guest will be able to enter updated payment details. The guest will have 24 hrs to complete this process or the room will be cancelled. If the room is cancelled due to a lack of payment, a new room must be reserved without the Promocode and will be subject to the current rate when making the new reservation.

Lock everything in the safe in your closet. Money, passports, sunglasses, jewelry etc. If there are any issues with your safe, immediately call the front desk to come fix it.
