Maid of Honor
Olivia is my younger sister and one of the bravest, most honest people I know. She’s been by my side through every high and low offering support and the occasional roast along the way. Yes, the bangs were a mistake. No, she’ll never let me live them down. At the wedding, you’ll definitely find her on the dance floor, hyping everyone up and making sure the party never stops.
Best Man
Kirtan and I grew close in college and lived together for three years after graduation. From “trying” to make Indian food to countless Rocket League matches, Braves games, and F1 races, Kirtan has been my go-to for laughs, advice, and just about everything in between. More than a best friend, he’s truly like a brother. At the wedding, you can expect Kirtan to be in 7 places at once, meeting everyone while also making sure things are running smoothly.
Bridesmaid
Grace is my cousin and basically a sister. She's adventurous, smart, and always down to try something new. Whether she's racing you in an obstacle course or playing wedding trivia, she has a competitive streak that keeps you on your A-game yet will never leave you too far behind.
Groomsman
Arjun and I have been friends since childhood, which means he’s seen me through all my awkward phases and still decided to stick around. He’s known for working hard during the day, then partying just as hard at night (with a few video games in between). At the wedding you’ll find him with both hands full, one with his phone checking up on sports, the other with a drink ready to party!
Bridesmaid
If you're wondering who is helping us stay sane and on schedule, it's Shirali. She's a good friend, someone you can always count on when you need a thoughtful listener, and now my future sister-in-law. At the wedding, you can rely on her to rally the group for any ceremony, tradition, dance, or trip to the bar.
Groomsman
I met Ashwin when he started dating my sister. He’s smart, kind, and the type of guy you can count on, whether you need someone to run with or motivate you to do a 5 am workout (I promise I will say yes eventually). At the wedding, you can find him with 2 plates refusing to leave without trying all the food.
Bridesmaid
Julianna and I met in college and became friends after destiny kept putting us in the same room. Our shared love for public health, dance, edible glitter, and hair tinsel turned us from random classmates into perfect roommates. She'll be the one tearing up during our vows and the first to tear up the dance floor.
Groomsman
Nill and I go way back to our childhood days, and he’s always been the guy to keep things fun. He’s super personable, always has a smile on his face, and somehow manages to get everyone in the mood to celebrate. At the baraat, he’ll be hyping up the crowd making sure the dancing doesn’t stop.
Bridesmaid
Olivia and I met in high school and from the beginning, her sincerity and loyalty stood out. She's the friend who will show up rain or shine, hold you accountable, and always be there with a listening ear. While some of her favorite things are quiet walks and reading in her nook, don't let that fool you; she will absolutely show up for a wedding weekend and be the life of the party.
Groomsman
Nick and I met in college. We bonded over queso and he’s been a great friend ever since. On a day to day, you can find him working on a DIY project, solving a puzzle, or hosting a board game night. Basically, Nick’s the guy you want around if there’s ever a riddle between us and the open bar.
Bridesman
Grant and I became inseparable, best friends in middle school. He's been there for it all, the orchestra concerts, the dance recitals, the 1 AM study sessions. He's the friend who makes you feel welcomed and special whether you've known him for five minutes or fourteen years. At the wedding, he'll be the one introducing people and making everyone laugh with his affectionate energy.
Groomsman
Michael and I met in high school and were roommates for four years in college. He’s really funny and doubled as a great backup alarm clock. Don’t be surprised if he hands you a betting sheet at the wedding with odds on everything from the first dance to the dessert table. He’ll also probably be walking around saying “JSK” (Jai Shri Krishna) to all the aunties and uncles.
Bridesmaid
Logan and I go all the way back to elementary school where we were the best bus buddies. Once we got older, not a day went by where we didn't see or talk to each other. She's always been smart, brave, and someone I trust wholeheartedly. If you see someone putting out fires at the wedding or telling a hilarious story from our childhood, it's her.
Groomsman
Austin and I met freshman year on the UGA swim club, and he's one of the most personable, adventurous, and curious people I know. He’s also the reason I got into IPAs (so blame him if you don’t like hoppy beer at the bar). At the wedding, you’ll probably find him eagerly chatting with everyone to learn about their passions and travels.
Ring Bearers
Meet my youngest cousins and my two godsons, Wolfgang and Ezra. They have enough excitement to power the entire wedding and probably a few after-parties too. It means the world to me to have them be a part of the ceremony. Don't say I didn't warn you; these two are guaranteed to steal your heart as they walk down the aisle.
Groomsman
Sean and I met at freshman orientation, and we studied, ate, and socialized together everyday. He’s super athletic, adventurous, and very punctual. Sean’s the person who awakened my love for camping and hiking, but since there won’t be a 14er (really tall mountain) for him to climb in Georgia, he’ll be keeping us all on schedule and joining Aswhin in trying all the food.
