When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Doors open at 3.30pm. There will be time to socialize and settle in before the ceremony begins at 4.30pm. We'd love to have you join us during this welcoming time!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place? Will there be parking?
Answer
Both the ceremony and the reception will be at the same venue. Parking is available but we do encourage carpooling when possible.

What's the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Denver International Airport (DEN).

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony and dinner will be hosted outdoors. Weather is expected to be warm and sunny, so take sun protection measures into account! We will move indoors for dancing around 7.30pm.

Is there a theme? What is the dress code?
Answer
The theme for our wedding is "Bluegrass Garden Party" so think pastel florals, linen fabrics, and fun hats and accessories. The property is mostly grass, so avoid stiletto heels! We request that our guests avoid the color black, if possible.

Are children welcome to attend?
Answer
While we love your children, space at the venue is limited. If you are local, we ask that you arrange childcare. For those traveling from out of town, kids under the age of 5 are welcome. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Will there be meal options for dietary restrictions?
Answer
Dinner will be served family style and menus will be available with detailed descriptions of the dishes. If you have specific dietary restrictions, you will be able to provide that information when you RSVP.

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
Yes, alcohol will be available at a hosted bar all evening.

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony?
Answer
We have hired professional photographers to capture our big day. We respectfully request that your phones stay silent and out of sight for the duration of the ceremony.

Will I be able to get an UBER or LYFT back from the reception?
Answer
Rideshare services are not easily available in Lyons. Please make your plans accordingly.
