When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP here on our website no later than Friday, 10 November.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5 pm. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before to be seated in time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we will ask the caterer to make changes based on your food allergies and do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is free at Paramount Event Venue and requires no pass. There are plenty spots for any of our guests driving.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Hyatt House RDU offers a free shuttle within a 5 mile radius and the venue is included in that. Several other hotels offer the same amenity. Lyft is also active in that area.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, the welcome party is open to all guests, including children. No RSVP is required and we hope that you will stop by to say hi and enjoy some food!

How do I pay for parking at the hotel?

Answer

If you are a guest at the hotel (Hyatt House RDU) under our room block, then parking is free! If not, parking is done by the hotel through their own parking service available via a QR code.
