Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please mail in your RSVP card, included with the formal wedding invitation, by August 20, 2025.

Question

How do we get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Please enter the Country Music Hall of Fame at 222 Rep. John Lewis Way S (also known as 5th Ave.). The entrance is located to the right of the Taylor Swift Education Center sign and to the left of the Hatch Show Print sign. Once inside, attendants will direct you to the elevators straight ahead leading to the Carlton Family Terrace on the 6th floor. Alternatively, you can access our wedding venue from the Omni Hotel lobby. From the left of the front desk, walk straight down the long hallway. The elevators to the 6th floor are located just past the Hatch Show Print shop.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black tie. Ladies are kindly asked to wear floor-length gowns or formal dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos with black neckties or bowties.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your children, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements in advance.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Guest names and plus-ones will be indicated on your formal invitation.

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Valet parking is available at the Omni Hotel. For those who prefer to self-park, nearby paid lots—such as the Music City Center—are available. However, due to limited parking in the downtown area, we highly recommend using ride share services like Uber or Lyft.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that our guests arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings.
