What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 3 PM so plan to arrive by 2:30 PM. Once ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is completed.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unless your children are listed on your invite, we respectfully ask you make other arrangements for your children. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

What is the Dress Code?

We’re going for an elegant look! This is your chance to dig out that gown and black suit and get all gussied up! But if formal wear isn’t your thing, no worries—we want you to feel comfortable! We just ask that you avoid casual attire like jeans, khakis, and polo shirts.

Can I wear Black?

Yes! The wedding party will be wearing black but if black is what you want to wear, please do!

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best moments, which we will share with you after. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there will be a parking attendant to guide you where to go.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you are not taking a shuttle back to the Hilton Hotel please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can, so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is September 23rd.
