As many of you know, our story started on Tinder. After a month of getting to know each other online, we finally met in person for our first date at The Pour House. Over beer and boneless wings, we laughed, debated football (Go Dallas!), and really started to connect. After dinner, we went to the movies, where Jake introduced Haley to his love of slushies—something that’s now a must every time we go to the theater. For six months, we made the drive back and forth between Elmira and Endicott, doing everything we could to spend time together. Eventually, we realized the distance didn’t make sense anymore—we were in love. In May 2022, we moved in together, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Over the years, we’ve shared so many incredible moments—laughing with each other’s friends, traveling to new places, enjoying tropical vacations, going on family trips, and creating memories we’ll always cherish. In October 2024, Jake proposed at a winery after a day spent at the pumpkin patch. We ended the year surrounded by our loved ones, celebrating our engagement and the life we’re building together. Now, as we look ahead, we’re excited for what’s to come. We can’t wait to make more memories, spend time with family and friends, and most of all, celebrate our love with each of you.
