Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Circle Oak Ranch, an outdoor venue in De Luz, about 30 minutes outside of Temecula.
We have coordinated shuttles to pick up and drop off guests at the Home2 Suites hotel. You may take the shuttle even if you are not staying at the hotel — but please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use this option! Pick up is at 2:30PM, and drop off will be around 10:00PM. There is parking available at the venue, but please be advised — the road to the venue is narrow, windy and will be very dark post-reception. Because it is a fairly remote location, we do not recommend you rely on rideshare options to get home from the venue, unless they have been scheduled ahead of time.
We recommend staying at the Home2 Suites hotel in Temecula, where we have a hotel block available.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We request our guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire — and something you can dance in! Our venue is entirely outdoors and will likely be warm while the sun is up, and get cooler and breezy as the night goes on.
If you will be in town early, Haley and Dylan will be at Wilson Creek Winery from 2-4:00pm on Friday afternoon. This is not a formal event, so feel free to stop by for as little or as long as you would like, we would love to see you!
