For your travel plans, the closest airport to our venue is Fort Collins–Loveland Municipal Airport, which is about a 36-minute drive away. We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft for convenience. Renting a car is also a great option if you’d like to explore different parts of Colorado during your stay.

Denver International Airport

For guests flying in, another great option is Denver International Airport. Our venue in Greeley is about 55 miles away, and the drive typically takes around 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. Traffic around Denver can be busier during weekday rush hours (7-9AM and 4-6PM), so we recommend allowing a little extra travel time if arriving during those windows.

Another option for your stay is to bring a travel trailer. We have received permission from the venue owners for guests to bring their trailers and stay on-site during their time in town.
