When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by May 10th, 2026. This will help us finalize our plans and ensure everything is perfect for your celebration.

Our wedding theme is Western chic, with a soft, neutral color palette—think shades like champagne, cream, and eucalyptus green, along with neutrals paired with a pop of burnt orange or brown. The celebration will be mostly outdoors, so we recommend light, breathable attire that’s comfortable for warm weather. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and see everyone look amazing!

Yes, absolutely! We just ask that you include your guest’s name when you RSVP so we can have an accurate headcount for seating and food.

Yes—kids are more than welcome! We kindly ask that you include each child’s name when you RSVP so we can have an accurate guest count for seating and food. We’re excited to celebrate with your whole family!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same location, with plenty of parking available. When you enter River Fort Ranch, you’ll find a large dirt lot on the right, as well as additional parking behind the barn on the left side.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We kindly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, getting settled, and finding your seat before the ceremony begins. We look forward to sharing this special moment with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know about any specific food allergies when you RSVP so we can make sure there are safe and delicious options for everyone. Your comfort and enjoyment are very important to us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We recommend Cobblestone Inn, where we’ve reserved a block of rooms at the best rates. It’s very close to the venue, making it a convenient choice. Another option is DoubleTree by Hilton, which is a bit farther from the venue but still a comfortable stay.
