What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:50 PM to ensure you are comfortably in place before the ceremony promptly begins at 4:00 PM. Followed by cocktail hour and reception. Our ceremony will be a standing celebration! We'll have a few benches available for those who need to sit, but otherwise, we invite everyone to stand with us as we say "I do." It’ll be short and sweet — we promise!

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. That said, we know winter can be chilly! Coats, layers, and whatever keeps you comfortable are absolutely welcome. Please dress warmly and feel free to adapt as needed—we want you to enjoy the day just as much as we will.

Wedding Venue Location and Transportation

Answer

Our wedding venue is located about 25-30 minutes from Kalispell. If you plan to party the night away with us please plan to have transportation to get back safe.

I'm traveling from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Check out the "Travel" page for great hotels in the area. Creston is 22 minutes away from the Venue and downtown Kalispell. Bigfork is 20 minutes away from the Venue and downtown Kalispell. Kalispell is 23 minutes away from the Venue. Whitefish is 40 minutes away from the venue and 27 minutes to downtown Kalispell.

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by January 1, 2026.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will follow inside the heated barn. Wear warm layers and dress accordingly for the ceremony!
