Where do we park if we're not staying at the venue overnight?

Answer

Please park at the designated off-site lot located at 385 W Bridge St, New Hope, PA 18938. A shuttle will run every 10–15 minutes starting 2 hours before the ceremony. We recommend arriving at the lot at least 1 hour before the ceremony to allow time for the shuttle. There's a bar at the venue if you arrive early! The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm.

Valet parking is available for guests staying at River House at Odette’s.

What's the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Dress Code: Black Tie Optional We’d love for our guests to lean into elevated evening wear. Think dark colors, rich textures, sleek suits, statement dresses, and winter glam. Tuxes and formal suits are welcome, and bold accessories are encouraged!

What time is check-in at New Hope Inn & Suites?

Answer

Standard check-in at New Hope Inn & Suites is 4:00 PM. We recommend calling the front desk the morning of your arrival to ask about early check-in. Early check-in is based on availability and they will do their best to accommodate! If early check-in is not available, the hotel is happy to hold your bags at the front desk. You can check into your room after the wedding.

Will there be a shuttle for New Hope Inn & Suites?

Answer

Yes. A 14-passenger shuttle will be provided for guests staying at New Hope Inn and Suites. The shuttle will be taking guests to the 3:30pm ceremony between 1:15pm and 3:15pm. If you miss the final shuttle, please find your own transportation to the ceremony. The evening shuttle will run from 8:30-10:30pm.

We adore the kids in our family, but no, can't fit them!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. Our invites will state 3 pm as we would like everyone to be seated by 3:15 pm!
