We welcome you to arrive early to enjoy a beverage at the hotel bar if you'd like. IF YOU ARE DRIVING TO THE VENUE: You'll be parking in the venue's satellite lot at 385 W Bridge St, New Hope, PA 18938. Shuttles will begin running at 1:30pm. They will run every 10-15 minutes. Please arrive at the lot at least 1 hour before the ceremony to ensure you catch a shuttle in time. Return shuttles to the satellite parking lot will run from 7:30-9:30pm every 10-15 minutes. Please don’t wait for the very last one, as it may fill up quickly. IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE VENUE: Valet parking is included. IF YOU ARE STAYING AT NEW HOPE INN & SUITES: Check-in time is 4pm. Please call the hotel that morning to see if they can accommodate early check-in or hold your bags in the lobby. There will be a shuttle running every 15 minutes between 1-3pm going to River House at Odette's. Return shuttles to the New Hope Inn & Suites will run from 9:30-11:30 every 15-20 minutes.
