Cancun International Airport
You will need to book your airfare separately from your hotel stay. Upon exiting the airport baggage claim in Cancun, after going through customs, you will walk outside to find either the Xcaret travel lounge or Xcaret employees wearing hot pink shirts. DO NOT STOP for anyone else (other businesses will try to convince you that you need to pay other fees or secure other transportation)! Entrance to the Xcaret airport lounge and the shuttle to the hotel are all included in your resort price. Airport shuttles to Xcaret run every 30 minutes from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and every 60 minutes from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. The trip to the resort is about one hour.

You MUST book your hotel stay through our (free) travel agent, Hola Weddings, in order to be included in our room block and have access to all the wedding activities. Use the link below to fill out the booking form. The travel agent will then send you a payment link for a $200 deposit per room that is required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rates are per person and include hotel stay, all food, all drink (including alcohol), round trip transportation between airport and hotel, entrance into 9 eco theme parks/tours, transportation to theme parks, and food and drink at theme parks. A minimum 3-night stay is required and booking MUST be done through our (free) travel agent linked above.

Hotels Near the Airport
There are a couple hotels near the Cancun Airport running around $100 that can be utilized before or after your Hotel Xcaret stay. For example, the brides will be flying into Mexico Friday night, staying at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott, then taking the Hotel Xcaret shuttle Saturday morning to check into the resort. This allows us to have a full day at Xcaret on Saturday and take a cheaper flight in on Friday.
