Smokin Bowls Food Truck! We are so excited for you all to try this! Brian and Ashley are amazing and will provide a great experience. The appetizers and meals are phenomenal. Check them out on Instagram for a sneak peak. Menu: Appetizers followed by dinner. Guests Protein Choice: Chicken | Pork | Vegetarian | Vegan 1. Cheesy Walking Tacos- Three cheese blend melted over fritos, smothered with cumin scented black beans, your choice of protein, additional cotija cheese and finished with our citrus herbed slaw, pickled onions and house made raja sauce. 2. Loaded Tostones- Perfectly fried tostones (green plantains) topped with your choice of protein and cotija cheese, finished with our house made raja sauce, citrus herbed slaw & a lime. 3. Salad Bowl- baby greens, cotija cheese, black beans, tomato & corn salsa, pipits, lime and your choice of protein. Served with crispy corn tortilla strips and house made dressing.
