From Paris: The TGV from Paris goes to Rennes and Redon (20 mins away). Drive from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to Chateau Du Val: 4hr 30 min (428km) From Rennes: From RENNES or the airport take the D177 (towards REDON), leave the D177 at SAINT JUST (exit after PIPRIAC). Go to the centre of the village and take the road behind the church, direction Sixt-sur-Aff. The road then forks, take the left hand fork (smaller road signed, megaliths, etang du Val. Follow the road for about 3km you will go through a small hamlet called Pourbreuil. The road then bears right and you go over a small stream. You will see the Chateau on the left and the road will bring you round. Take the second entrance (indicated Chateau du Val) rather than the first (signed the Val) as this leads to the farm. Flights to Rennes (50 mins away) with Flybe (www.flybe.com) or to Nantes (70 mins away) from Shannon, East Midlands or Stanstead with Ryan air (www.ryanair.com) or by British Airways from Gatwick.

We rented this 16 room chateau for all of our guests to stay free of charge throughout the weekend (check in is Friday, May 20--check out is Monday, May 23). Please let us know your arrival time so we can plan your room arrangements in advance.

We recommend taking either a rental vehicle (approx. 4hr 30min from Paris) or the TGV train to the Redon station (approx. 20 min from the chateau). You may also consider flying into Rennes (50 mins away) or Nantes (1hr 20 mins away).

The TGV station from Redon is only 20 minutes from the Chateau Du Val. Please let us know your arrival in advance and we will be happy to arrange pick up.
