FAQs

The Wedding Website of Heather Hale and Jeffery Barmby
Details about the event. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to either of us. Or don't. We'd rather you didn't.
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Heather- Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate for them at our wedding. We hope you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate with us. Jeff- Nah, leave the rugrats at home. Only 21+ allowed.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Heather- The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Dig out that fancy outfit from the back of the closet! Jeff- Semi-formal. Don't look like a bum.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Heather- Your presence on our special day is enough of a present for us! However, if you feel so inclined, we have a registry through Zola, as well as Target, Amazon, and Macy’s. Jeff- ^^^TLDR. Zola, Amazon, Target, Macy’s.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Heather- As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, due to restricted numbers we can only accommodate who is addressed on the invitation. Jeff- We don’t really care about your love life. If they’re on the invite, they’re allowed in.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Heather- Yes! There is a small parking lot at the Sequoia Mansion. Once that is full, street parking is available. If possible, please carpool, Uber, or Lyft. Jeff- Park wherever.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Heather- Please RSVP by January 1st, 2023. If you absolutely cannot RSVP by that date for some reason, please reach out to the bride or groom. Jeff- If you can’t send it back by January 1st, you don’t deserve to come.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Heather- When picking our food, we carefully made sure to have options for everyone including vegetarian and gluten free options for both the cocktail hour and reception dinner. Jeff- Water. You can have water.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Heather- The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm. We recommend arriving a half hour early to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Jeff- It starts at 5. If you’re late, just keep driving and go back home. Makes us wonder how you keep a job.

Question

Are there any COVID restrictions?

Answer

Heather- While we do not have set restrictions, we do kindly ask that if you show COVID symptoms or are COVID positive, that you refrain from attending so as not to spread it. Jeff- if you look or feel sick, stay home. We don’t want your germs.
