We love going to Central Filling Station to try out different food trucks. They are open for lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and lunch AND dinner on Friday and Saturday, as well as brunch on Sunday. Check the website to see which trucks will be there for lunch and which ones will be there for dinner because they do rotate out.
