Wedding Ceremony

2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

// Event Details // Hailey and Tim will be united in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony within the context of a Catholic wedding Mass. // Transportation // For those who drive to and from the Church, parking is available at the church. The church is also a pleasant ~15-20 minute walk from the Larchmont Metro-North train station (accessible from Grand Central). After the ceremony, for those who have arrived to the Church by Uber/Lyft/taxi/train, bus transportation will be provided from the Church to the Westchester Marriott and Sheraton Tarrytown hotels (for up to 110 people). The buses will be labeled “Red Oak Transportation.” The drive from the Church to the Marriott hotels is approximately 25 minutes.

Cocktail Attire

// Events // 6:30-7:30pm | Cocktail hour with light refreshments 7:30-11:30pm | Dinner & dancing // Arrival details // Guests may begin to arrive at Tappan Hill Mansion at 6:00pm. Buses will be provided from the Westchester Marriott and Sheraton Tarrytown hotels to Tappan Hill, from 5:40pm through 6:40pm (Sheraton) and 7:10pm (Westchester Marriott), looping continuously. The buses will be labeled “Red Oak Transportation.” Parking is available at Tappan Hill for those who would like to drive. Guests may self-park starting at 6pm or make use of the valet service starting at 6:30pm. Guests who drive and would like to leave their car overnight may pick up their car after 9:00am on Sunday. Importantly, guests will need to retrieve car keys from the valet (if valet service was used) before leaving on Saturday night. // Departure details // Buses will run from Tappan Hill to the Westchester Marriott and Sheraton Tarrytown hotels from 10:30pm through 12:30am, looping continuously.
