When should I RSVP by?

Our deadline for RSVPs is September 1st 2025. We kindly ask that you rsvp by the date above to help us finalize our seating chart.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:10pm. Our driveway to the venue will close 10 minutes prior to the ceremony starting at 4:30pm and will re open after it concludes.

Can I bring a date?

Only the names listed on your invitation may attend. If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride or groom.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we don’t have a strict dress code, we encourage semi-formal. Dark jeans are welcome. Please reach out to the bride or groom with any questions!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

While we do have a set menu, we will be taking notes of all allergies and restrictions and ensuring everyone has an enjoyable and safe option. Please mark down any allergies on the RSVP page or contact the bride directly! Yes! There is a parking lot at the end of the driveway, off to the right.

We are registered on Amazon under Hailey Chavez and Taive Stolworthy. You can view our registry by looking it up through amazon or view it here on our wedding website under "Registry". We also have a honeymoon fund through Venmo: Hailey-Chavez-2
