SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 20, 2026
Welcome to Camp Hanson!
3:00 PM-5:00 PM - Check in begins at Camp Mataponi! Upon arrival you will be greeted by the wonderful camp Mataponi staff. If you are spending the weekend at camp, they will guide you to your assigned cabin where you can unload your belongings. When done unpacking the car, staff will lead you to where you park your car across the street from camp and shuttle you back. If you plan on arriving after 6pm, please let us know. 5:00PM- Jump right in! Kicking it Lofty Pines style with a good 'ole game of kickball! 6:30 PM- Welcome dinner & Trivia. Join us for our welcome dinner! Beer and wine will be provided with the option to BYOB. During dinner we will play trivia- bring your A-Game, 1st and second place teams get a prize! 9:00PM- Hangout with us by the campfire! We encourage you to talk to someone new and get to know each other. Please be mindful and save some energy for the big day!
MONDAY SEPTEMBER 21, 2026
Wedding Day!
8:00 AM-10:00 AM- Breakfast is ready for our guests who spent the night at camp! Coffee will be ready at 7:00 AM, followed by breakfast at 8:00 AM in the main dining hall. 9:00AM-3:00PM - Enjoy beautiful Sebago Lake and all that Camp Mataponi has to offer. Relax on the dock or private beach, or head out on the water with canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. Want to swim? Take some laps in the lake or bounce off the water trampoline. Feeling sporty? Challenge friends to a tennis match or shoot hoops on the basketball courts. With so many options, the choice is yours! 10:00AM- "If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball" - Dodgeball game on the ball field. 12:00 PM-1:00 PM - If you stayed at camp with us Sunday night, grab-and-go sandwiches will be available for pickup adjacent to the dining hall so you can relax and continue to enjoy the day! 4:30 PM - Wedding Ceremony! The MAINE reason for this wonderful weekend together. Meet us on the camp lawn! Attire- cocktail. Plan footwear accordingly- wedges, block heels, sandals, barefoot... (it is camp after all!) 4:45 PM-5:45 PM- Cocktail Hour! Enjoy a refreshment and hors d'oeuvres on the deck. Continue games on the lawn. HAVE FUN, we're (finally) MARRIED! 5:45 PM-11:00 PM- Dinner & Reception! Dinner and drinks will be served with lots of dancing to follow! And yes, there is an open bar :) 11:00 PM- Wind down or party s'more and join us at the campfire. Late night pizza will be served. BYOB. Dress warm!

Final Farewell
8:00 AM - 10:00 AM- Coffee will be ready at 7:00 AM, followed by breakfast at 8:00 AM in the main dining hall. 10:30 AM- We are so glad you will have joined us for such a special weekend. All guests should be departed promptly by 11:00 AM. Leave no trace! Please be sure to clean up your cabin, do your best to leave your cabin as clean as you found it! 11:00AM - Bye-bye! Same time next year?
