We appreciate you coming and are aware of the inherent expenses of attending a destination wedding and we are not requiring anyone to bring/buy gifts. Traditionally in Mexican culture there are "padrinos" aka sponsors for big events like weddings, quinceaneras, these padrinos help fund the event, this helps the newly wed cover their expenses. If you would like to contribute we have made buckets for the different expenses or you can simply venmo directly to @modernculture. It does not matter what bucket you contribute to. We will send out some gifts after the wedding to our padrinos.
