If you are flying, the Pittsburgh International Airport (PITT) is an hour and 30 minute drive from the Hilton Garden Inn in Indiana, PA, and a 2 hour drive from the venue.

Shuttle

Bus from Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP to and from the Venue

October 12, 2025 1:45 pm - 10:00 pm

A bus will be available for transportation to and from the venue from the Hilton Garden Inn at IUP hotel. The bus will be leaving promptly from the hotel at 2 PM, please plan to load the bus at 1:45 PM. The bus will be departing from the venue at 9:45 PM and head back to the hotel.

Accommodations

While the Hilton in Indiana, PA is the only place where we have a reserved block of rooms, there are many other hotels, Airbnbs, and local bed and breakfasts in Indiana, Punxsutawney, and Dubois, PA with limited Airbnbs closer to the venue. See the link below for further details.

Flight

Dubois Regional Airport

Another option is the Dubois Regional Airport (DUJ) which is about a 1 hour drive from the venue, however for more flexibility in flight times and price consider the larger Pittsburgh International Airport (PITT).
