Eagle County Regional Airport is in Gypsum, right next to Eagle and 20 miles from Avon. It's a small airport that can do connecting flights to and from DEN.

Our homebase hotel! Colin and I will be staying here, where our shuttle busses will be picking up and dropping off for the actual wedding. The rooms are two-bedroom mini condos that are 1,500 square feet. There's a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, private balcony, fireplace and washer/dryer. Maximum occupancy is eight. Private sleeping area sleeps six. This is a great option for families or groups who would like to room together and split costs. We do have a discount for two night stays. It's an open discounted rate of 15% off, all rooms are on a first come first serve basis, as occupancy rises, rates may be raised as well due to demand on property. Comfort Inn Near Vail Beaver Creek

The Comfort Inn is a 5 minute drive away from the Wyndham. We have a room block here for two night stays as well. The Comfort Inn is close to the homebase hotel but not walking distance. Group rate: $169 per night plus $6 resort fee and taxes per room. All rooms MUST be booked before Tuesday, May 21, 2024. After this date, the group room block is released to the general public.
