We met a very long time ago; though, we don’t remember it because we were so young. Our dads have been friends since before we were born, so we’ve been close for the majority of our lives. We’ve been “flirting” since we were about 10 years old. We dated the summer before freshman year, but ended things after a couple of months. Throughout high school, we flirted on and off, and we were always there if the other needed to talk. Finally, we began talking regularly, “as friends”, towards the beginning of 2022, and we were hanging out almost every day that summer. After 4 months of talking, we went on our first date: Cheddars and Top Gun: Maverick. We officially got together 3 days later, and a month after we got together, we signed a lease for our first apartment. Everyone said we were moving too fast, but we followed our hearts. Now two apartments, one house, and one Oreo later, we are finally getting married!
