FAQs

Question

When is the rsvp deadline?

Answer

The deadline is June 10th! Please do your best to meet this deadline, as the bride and groom will still have some finishing touches to address.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual or Western attire. We understand that, since it is July, it may be hot, so guests are encouraged to dress comfortably. Western-inspired elements, such as boots or cowboy hats, are welcome but not required!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors following the ceremony. The venue is up a small hill, and golf cart transportation will be available. The reception barn does not have air conditioning, as it was previously a horse arena; however, there are plenty of large fans to create air circulation. Many guests who have attended weddings here before have noted that it was not as hot as they expected. If it rains, both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Question

What about parking?

Answer

When pulling into the venue, there are designated grass patches for parking. You will see some vehicles already parked there.

Question

Jules

Answer

Jules is a Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix. She also answers to "Julie girl." Braeden and Hailey absolutely adore her, as she is their fur baby. She will be walking the rings down the aisle and will also be around the reception area. She is friendly; however, she may become overstimulated by the number of people around her. She may warm up to you, but the bride and groom ask that you respect her space if she chooses not to approach you. Ryan or Mady will be handling her throughout the day, and you are more than welcome to ask them any questions about her!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your RSVP allows for a plus-one, then absolutely! However, if you do not see a space for an additional guest, please do not bring one. Any questions can be directed to the bride and groom at (315) 727-8143. If you choose to reach out, please include your name. Thank you!

Question

Food allergies / dietary needs

Answer

If you are RSVPing online, you should be able to list any food allergies or dietary needs you may have. If needed, you are more than welcome to text the bride at (315) 727-8143. When you do, please include your name. Thank you!

Question

I have kiddos, but I dont see their names listed.

Answer

The bride and groom truly adore your children and appreciate how important they are to each family. To help keep the evening relaxed and enjoyable for all guests, they have chosen to limit attendance to children who are part of the wedding party. They hope this allows everyone a chance to unwind and enjoy a well-deserved date night.
