Welcome Event

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Attire: Casual or Smart Casual

Join us on Friday night for BBQ and drinks at Flat Mountain Farm at 6:30 pm in the Event Barn Parking for this event is 200 yards up from the main entrance on the right side of the road (Mountaintop - see map). Please drop off any passengers at the main entrance (Barn) prior to parking. A parking attendant with an SUV or Golf Cart will then transport groups of 4-5 drivers at a time to the event location. Carpooling is encouraged.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail recommended. Wedge, flats or sandals recommended for ladies

The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm, Lakeside. We recommend arriving before 4:20 pm to allow time for drivers to park in the remote lot, valet transport or walk to Lakeside Meadow location & find your seat.
