Are children allowed at the wedding reception?

Answer

Unfortunately no. Our heartfelt thanks for understanding our choice to make this an ADULTS only event due to limited venue space. We will understand if you cannot make it due to childcare issues. Thank you for understanding.

What time do guests need to arrive?

Answer

Guest arrival will be 4:30 PM sharp. Please note that traveling from San Jose to Pleasanton by car will be about 45 minutes (up to 2 hours with traffic) so please check your GPS prior to leaving and plan accordingly. Ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM. Guests who arrive late will not be able to attend the ceremony.

What if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we have a set number of guests. Please RSVP on our website or mail at your earliest convenience (no later than July 20th) so we can plan accordingly. All accounted guests must check in at the gate. Walk-in guests may not be able to enter the facility if they're not on the approved guest list.

Can I bring another guest with me?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, each invitation will address the specific names and/or provide the maximum # of guests allotted. Please do not exceed the allotted number of guests. Thank you.

What if I have a last-minute cancellation (even if it's a few hours to days prior to the reception)?

Answer

That is perfectly fine. We understand that life happens. We would greatly appreciate if guests who cannot make it to please immediately contact us via phone or text so we can make the arrangements. Thank you very much!

How is the parking situation?

Answer

The Club at Ruby Hill is a gated community. All cars must check in at the gate. All guests must RSVP in order to have their names on the approved guest list for entrance. From there, you will be able to park in the designated area to enter the facility. Parking is free.

Is there a dress code?

We would appreciate if guests wore SEMI-FORMAL attire.

What if I have a food allergy?

Please let Hai or Thina know if you have any food allergies so we can plan accordingly.

Is it open bar?

Answer

YES. Please enjoy as many alcoholic beverages as you desire. We love for our guests to have a good time celebrating with us. In addition, there will be late night snacks as well!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

In lieu of a traditional registry, a monetary gift would be cherished as we build our life together. Your generous contributions will help us create unforgettable memories as we start this new chapter in our lives.
