Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00 PM. Please arrive at St. Mary's Nativity Church NO later than 20 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park (unless you're Ubering or have alternate transportation), and find your seat. If you are planning to not join us at the church, please be at the River Club at 5:00 PM for cocktail hour.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is parking across the street from the church. At the River Club, there is a main parking lot to the right at the venue, with plenty of parking.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation from the hotel, The Double Tree, to the reception, and back to the hotel after the reception and the after party. There isn’t a bus to get to the church. The bus will leave the Double Tree at 4:30 to go to the reception.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will not be able to accommodate if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. You will be able to RSVP thru this website, no later than July 26th, 2024.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

This wedding is black tie optional. Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a dark suit. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. So get ready to celebrate!

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
