We've compiled a list of hotel recommendations and discount offers in this PDF. AirBNB is also a great and common option in Athens. Please notify the couple in your RSVP of where you are staying upon booking or email us if it's after your RSVP submission at hageazizfamily@gmail.com. We highly recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible (even if you're unsure, you can get something refundable). This is a busy season in Greece and accommodations will be limited.

Athens Neighborhoods: Where to Stay & Avoid

Athens is many cities in a city! Our lovely Greek wedding planner, Maria, says that most places in the South suburbs and around the venue are good areas to stay. Safety is not a huge concern however we suggest avoiding these areas: the Center of Athens (downtown) like Exarcheia, Kolonos, Metaxourgeio, Votanikos and around Omonoia square (as well as the Western suburbs of Attica).
