Wedding Party

All of the weirdos who agreed to be in our wedding party...

Melissa Turner

Maid of Honor

"You're my boy, Blue!" Practically my sister from another mister, Melissa has been a crazy role model and a terrifically bad influence (in the best way) on me since I was a teenager. From trips to Ocean City, Maryland, to simply playing pool at the bar, Melissa has slowly groomed me to be the goofy, fun-spirited lunatic that I am today. She was there when I first met "tight-shirt" (Jason), and has been a loving and supportive friend ever since. She is a wonderful mom, she sends me incredibly inappropriate texts, and she is the best bar buddy I could ask for. Her only downfall is that she is an Eagles fan... much to the chagrin of her fiance, Scott.

Frankie Cecconi

Best Man

"DANGER ZOOOONE!!!" There's the rocket car, the hammer of doom, and several months where Frankie *almost* knew how to drive stick. All things considered, there is absolutely no reason either of us should be alive. Together, we are a pair of the dumbest smart people you will ever meet. But somehow we've made it 16 years. Since first meeting the Best man in HS band, he's become one of my closest friends. Between video games and Portabellos, there's no one I've wasted more time and money with. I have no doubt Frankie will be the best Best Man I've ever had...

Chelsey Russell

Bridesmaid

"Did we just become best friends?... YUP!" I first met Chel-c my freshman year of college. Chel-c wore lots of pink, I wore even more black, but we became instant friends through our mutual love of rock music and sarcasm. We remained roommates all 4 years, and went on many shenanigan-filled adventures. We enjoyed playing pool, smoking candy cigarettes, and eating Uncle Schmeckles Swedish meatballs. Not to brag, but I've always been Chel-c's hero - carrying her to the couch when she broke her ankle, killing wasps, and turning on the DVD player when Chel-C and Sam couldn't figure out how to do it on their own. (Pickle help!) We've been through a lot together, and I feel super lucky that such a good friend will be joining me for my wedding celebration.

Tim Arntz

Groomsman

"Beef Flanksteak, Thick McRunfast, Blast Hardcheese!" The first person in the room I look to when I've told a stupid joke, Tim has always made me feel much funnier than I actually am. Between our love of Mel Brooks films, The Simpsons, and Mystery Science Theater 3000, Tim finishes my sentences more often than my Fiance thinks is healthy for two grown men. Tim is always down for a round of Thundergolf, a couple rounds of Dr. Schlagers, and is the only friend who truly appreciates just how much Treesus saves.

Amber Schweiger

Bridesmaid

"Yea, I don't know these people" Amber, aka "Ber," is a gentleman and a scholar... by that I mean she's a amazing basketball player who received a full scholarship to the University of Findlay. I've known Ber since Ber was baby - which makes me feel very old, but very proud. I often reminisce of times when , as a child, Ber would run around the house with a pillow case on her head, or kick the training soccer ball with the bungee cord so hard it would wrap around her legs and make her trip all over the front yard. *sigh* Memories ...Nowadays, Ber takes credit for being a point guard for the Findlay Oilers, in addition to creating nicknames for nearly every person in the wedding party. NcNabb, Tightshirt, Bob, & Phil agree, we're all so happy to have her in the wedding!

John Lehman

Groomsman

"He likes it when you call him Big Papa" A John of all trades, he has been responsible for keeping the gang well fed for almost a decade. To call him a soup expert would be a grave understatement. In addition, you'll never see a bigger man make a better crepe in your entire life. An amazing cook, an even better friend, and the only man I know who can finish a bottle of Woodford Reserve and still have the energy to scare all the Jimmy Buffet fans out of Duke's. Just make sure to keep your distance when he starts to do his John Wayne impression...

Becky

Flower Girl

"Hey! Juice rhymes with Zeus!" The inventor of the bride and groom's nicknames (Juice and Zeus), Becky is classy, flashy, and a little bit sassy! I've known Becky since she was in kindergarten, and has been her mean, bossy-pants nanny for around 8 years. Better known as "Bob" to bridesmaid Amber, and the tween who just doesn't care what groomsman Tim has to say, she is a welcome addition to an already crazy wedding party. More than anything, Becky is happy to finally know the answer to her LONG-lived question, "when are you guys getting married?!"

Jessy

Ring Bearer

"Get a Freaking Touchdown!" Of all the little dudes that could be trusted with our rings, he's one of them. Whether it's soccer balls, Nerf darts, or Hot Wheels cars - there's nothing this kid hasn't fired at my face. That being said, he's growing into quite a well-adjusted young man. Jessy is a hoot to hang out with (despite having terrible taste in football teams). He plays sports, cracks wise, and irritates his mother just like one of the guys. He's always up for adventure and it's been my genuine pleasure being one of his honorary Uncles.

Jill

"Decor-eeter" (Decorator/Greeter)

"Hey! Nobody asked you, Tim!" Future HGTV star and a true New York Giants fan (we forgive her anyhow), Jill is, in her own words "smart, funny, and better than Becky." If you couldn't guess, she is the flower girl's older, awesomer, sister, and our one-of-a-kind wedding asset known as the "Decor-eeter." Like the flower girl, I've been Jill's nanny for around 8 years - "she beats us with pillows, plays with the cats, and, I guess, looks out for our well-being." Our common interests include football, yelling at Becky, and random road trips to the Dollar Tree!
