What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dress up! The dress code for the ceremony and reception will be cocktail attire. The wedding colors are dark green, terracotta, and general fall vibes if you would like to dress to the theme, but is certainly not required. Avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory. The ceremony location is outdoors with grass that may be soft, so chunky heels or flats may be preferable! There is no dress code for the rest of the weekend.

What is the BYOB policy?

Answer

BYOB is encouraged for the Welcome Party and is allowed for the duration of the weekend. The wedding ceremony and reception are exceptions, with personal consumption strictly prohibited. Beer and wine will be provided during these events from a licensed caterer.

Will plus ones be allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity. If you have received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them due to limited capacity. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and family!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in Vermont in late September so please keep weather in mind when packing. Expect the weather to potentially be as low as 50 or high as 80 degrees. The reception will be under a tent with heaters provided depending on the forecast.

How early can I check in?

Guests staying at Trailside Inn can begin their stay on Thursday night, if desired.

Is it required to stay at Trailside Inn?

Answer

We understand that staying two nights at Trailside Inn may not be within budget for every guest- other local accommodations are available. Guests who choose not to stay onsite must leave the venue by 10PM each evening due to liability requirements.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The greatest gift you could give is your attendance on our big day, we certainly do not expect any gifts. Truly all we care about is all of our loved ones being together and having a fantastic weekend. If you would like to send the couple a gift or contribute towards a honeymoon fund, you can do so on the registry tab of this website.
