Question

When should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m. to begin taking your seats. The wedding will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. and we ask you are seated at that time.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. Ladies should wear a cocktail or floor-length dress, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Our cocktail hour will be out on the lawn, however, the majority of the event will be held inside or on the outdoor patio.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! We are registered here, on Zola. You can find the link on our website page. However, having the opportunity to celebrate with you is more important than any gift we could receive.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Right at the Inn on Boltwood! Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside on the patio, and we will move inside to the ballroom for the reception.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to Frost Lawn where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. We will be serving dinner, followed by an evening of dancing and celebration!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We have decided to use paper RSVPs. We kindly ask that you mail back your RSVP as soon as possible and no later than July 15, 2022.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

I am trying to decide which menu option to pick on the RSVP, what are you serving?

Answer

For each of the options we selected the following: Beef - Prime Rib, Au Jus; Chicken - Chicken Saltimbocca with Brown Butter and Sage; Salmon - Roasted Salmon with Honey Dijon Glaze; Vegan - TBD. Please contact us if you have dietary restrictions or allergies - we want to accommodate you!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We are serving one Vegan entree option. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate you! Additionally, the entree meal selections are all gluten-free. However, please let us know if you are gluten intolerant so that we can ensure your side dish is gluten-free as well.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free, and a short walk to the ceremony lawn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

I have "and Guest" listed on my invitation, who can I bring?

Answer

If you have a guest listed on your invitation, please feel free to bring a significant other, a good friend, or a close family member. We ask that all guests in attendance are over the age of 21.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We hope you can stay with us at our venue at the Inn. However, there are plenty of options in the area. Please see our travel page for some ideas!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes!

Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from other hotels?

Answer

We will not be providing additional transpiration to other hotels. We hope you can stay with us at the Inn!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag (to be determined) so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Can I take pictures on my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

Please feel free to take photos with your phone. We only ask that you refrain from texting, scrolling on the gram, or making phone calls during the ceremony.

Most likely we will go out to a bar for a nightcap after the end of the reception at 11pm.

Will I see you in the morning?

Answer

If you are staying at the Inn, or if you are in the area, Ryan and I will be having breakfast with our families at the Inn at 10:30 a.m. Please feel free to stop by to say goodbye!
