Things To Do

N Seoul Tower

N Seoul Tower

Namsangongwon-gil, Seoul, South Korea

Namsan Tower is a must-see while in Korea! It’s extra special to us because it’s where Jojo officially asked me to be his girlfriend. Oh, how time flies! We can’t wait to make even more memories here with all of you!

Bukhansan National Park

Bogungmun-ro, Seoul 02702, South Korea

For the brave at heart: if you’d like to conquer a hike up Bukhansan Mountain, you’re in good company! On our very first international trip together, we were ‘tricked’ into tackling this hike so it holds a special place in our story. In honor of Joanne and Blake, anyone interested can team up to plan a climb for some fresh air, water, and plenty of steps!

Insa-dong

Insa-dong, Seoul, South Korea

Insadong is a charming neighborhood near the palace, filled with restaurants, cafes, and shops tucked into traditional-style buildings. While you’re there, you can even rent a traditional Korean hanbok to wear, which also gives you free entry into the palace. It’s such a fun way to experience the culture! It’s one of our favorite spots and also where we had one of the yummiest Italian meals ever (yes, chef!).

Hannam-dong

Hannam-dong, Seoul, South Korea

Hannam-dong is one of Seoul’s hottest neighborhoods, packed with trendy cafes, amazing restaurants, and stylish shopping spots. It’s the perfect place to explore, eat, and soak in the city’s vibrant vibe!

Seongsu-dong 1(il)-ga

Seongsu-dong 1(il)-ga, Seoul, South Korea

Seongsu-dong is one of Seoul’s trendiest neighborhoods often called the ‘Brooklyn of Korea.’ It’s packed with cool cafes, delicious food spots, and unique shopping, making it the perfect place to explore and soak up the local vibe! We highly recommend checking out Onion Café while you’re here, it’s one of our favorites!

Hongdae

Hapjeong-dong, Seoul 04072, South Korea

Hongdae is a lively college-town neighborhood, buzzing with energy and creativity! It’s full of trendy cafes, tasty food spots, unique shops, and even a Popmart for collectors. Perfect for exploring and soaking up the youthful vibe of Seoul!

Myeongdong Shopping Street

Myeong-dong 2(i)-ga, Seoul 04534, South Korea

Myeongdong is a must-visit for skincare lovers, Popmart fans, and foodies alike! Don’t miss Myeongdong Kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), and the lively outdoor street food scene that pops up after 4 PM. Just remember, it’s cash only!

LOTTE Department Store Jamsil

Olympic-ro, Seoul 05554, South Korea

A massive indoor shopping mall filled with endless shops and restaurants to choose from, perfect for an afternoon of exploring (and maybe a little splurging!).

The Hyundai Seoul

Yeoui-daero, Seoul 07335, South Korea

The newest mall in the city (as seen in Queen of Tears), this spot has it all! It has plenty of food options, endless shopping, fun places to explore, and even a Popmart for those who love collectibles!

Starfield Coex Mall

Starfield Coex Mall

Yeongdong-daero, Seoul 06164, South Korea

This beautiful library is connected to a shopping center with a Hyundai Mall right next door. It’s the perfect spot for parents—drop the kids at the play center and enjoy wandering through cafes, shops, and of course, rows of books in a stunning setting.
