Are the ceremony and the reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both will be held at Fox Meadow Barn 350 Old Firehouse Ln, Winchester, VA 22602

When should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 3:30pm. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. We kindly ask that guests do not arrive before 3:30.

Should I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We request that you refrain from taking personal photos during the ceremony. We would love for people to be fully present and just enjoy the moment!

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside. There are wooden benches (without backs) for the ceremony seating. Please appropriately prepare for the afternoon sun.

When does the reception start and end?

The reception starts after the Wedding Attendee Group Photo at 5:00pm, and the Send Off is at 10:00pm.

Dinner will be from 6:00-7:00pm.

Mission BBQ is catering the wedding, however, the absence of certain allergens cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, we have both a women's and men's bathroom in the venue.

What is the accessibility of the venue?

Answer

The entire venue is on one story. While the parking lot is gravel there is a paved walkway that leads from the parking lot to the venue, and the venue to the ceremony seating.

Is there a dress code?

For Women: Mid shin length flowy and summery dresses & Block heels are recommended for walking in the grass. For Men: Dress pants & Button down shirts

What if I RSVP yes but then cannot attend later?

Answer

On the Zola RSVP page, you can change your RSVP after you have submitted them by revisiting the wedding website and re-submitting your response. You can update your status answer (attending/not attending). If you need further assistance please reach out to Grace VanDerLinden.
