Travel Note

General Info

If you are planning on flying in on Friday, Shabbat starts at 8PM and the airport is ~20 min driving distance from Hotel Clermont and Chabad Intown. If you are planning on flying in the day of or flying out the night of the wedding, we made the wedding late enough in the day for you to fly in that morning and early enough so you can fly out that night without missing much of the wedding. Please note that the venue is The Butterfly Pavilion in Acworth, GA which is ~45 min driving distance from ATL airport. Southwest, Delta, JetBlue and Spirit all have early enough flights to fly in that morning and late enough flights to fly out that night. If you need help booking, Aaron would be more than happy to help find you the right flight.

COVID & Travel

We know that COVID has played a huge factor in all of our lives. We completely understand if you do not feel comfortable traveling at this time but we are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Throughout planning, we have been very COVID cautious. As of writing this, we plan to have social distancing and masking throughout our wedding weekend. The bedecken, tish, ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (pending weather conditions) and the meal is in a pavilion which is open to the outdoors on 2 sides. Guests will be seated in their own pods to make everyone as comfortable as possible. A large majority of our friends and family attending are already vaccinated but if you would like to get a PCR test before, please let us know and we would be happy to help you with that.

Southwest

Southwest generally does not show up on general searches (e.g. via GoogleFlights, Kayak, Expedia). They are a great alternative and allow 2 checked bags for free. If you are looking to fly into the wedding the day of, please make sure to look at flights here, too.

We know that booking flights can be stressful and we want to make sure to celebrate with all of you, if possible. Kayak and Expedia are great search engines to find flights (GoogleFlights is also helpful but does not always show all of your options).
