What should I wear?
Answer
Dress up! Look good! But this is not formal black tie. Consider that this is an August wedding in the Midwest - weather is unpredictable but likely hot and humid. Much of the property is grass so mind the shoe choices (stilettoes may prove a challenge). We like to dance. We don't care if you are 'good at it' or mistakenly believe that you can't dance. If you can't move and shake in your outfit, maybe reconsider. Please no jeans, shorts, t-shirts etc.

What about my kids?
Answer
It is your choice. Truly. Kids are absolutely welcome. If kids are coming, there will be some cute kid friendly activities available. Based on the number of kiddos, we may have an on-site babysitter to occupy them. But if you want a weekend to party hard and make questionable decisions without the impressionable eyes, we understand. We respect both options - just keep us posted.

When Do I Need to RSVP? How do I RSVP?
Answer
We kindly request that you let us know by June 30, 2025. If you know sooner, please respond sooner to assist us in our planning. Go to the RSVP tab at the top of the website and look for your name. Any issues - just reach out.

You Mispelled My/My Partner's/My Kid's Name...

Sincerest apologies but please please please tell us. No shame. We have many talents but spelling can be a struggle. We really want to be given the opportunity to fix it and not find out after the wedding has already taken place.

Do I Get a Plus One?
Answer
If your RSVP did not pull up a plus one, but you are currently seeing someone or you are hoping to bring a friend, please just talk to us.

We do have a Registry you can view but please do not feel compelled to give a gift. We are just so excited to celebrate with you!

Have you reserved any hotel blocks?
Answer
Yes - We have blocks at the Radisson in Fairview Heights and the Drury Inn in Fairview Heights. Please view the Travel section for more details.
Question
How Do We Get To/From the Venue? Is There Parking?
Answer
A Shuttle Service will be in place with to/from the two hotels where we set up blocks. The Shuttle will take you to the Collinsville Rec Club immediately next door to the Lindquist Residence. This is also where you will park if you arrive by car. Please view the Travel section for more details and the Shuttle Schedule. If you are on an earlier shuttle or arrive to the Rec Club early there will be a cash bar available. From the Rec Club, it is a short walk over to the Lindquist Property. There will be a golf cart or similar option for those that need assistance getting from the Rec Club to the ceremony.
