The event attire is business casual. No need to dress fancy all weekend! The actual rehearsal will be held at Emerson Park Pavilion at 1:00pm. There will be a few hours in-between the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
There will be a buffet dinner for those attending the rehearsal dinner. Including a garden salad, rolls and butter, choice of potato or rice pilaf, vegetable, fruit, dessert, coffee and tea. There will be two buffet entrée options: - Chicken parmesan: boneless chicken breast seasoned, breaded, and topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella - Stuffed shells: stuffed with a seasoned ricotta cheese and topped with marinara sauce
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
The wedding day events will require formal attire (full-length gowns for women, suit/tie/jacket for men). Also, it can be chilly in the Finger Lakes in the autumn, so we suggest watching the weather to see if an additional layer (e.g., coat) is needed.
In case of rain, the ceremony will be held inside at the venue. But we are hopeful that it will be clear skies that day! There will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic apple cider provided to the guests before the ceremony, so drink up! Also, the ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour with passed d'oeuvres.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
As with the wedding ceremony, the dinner will be formal attire (but of course much more relaxed so we can all have some fun!).
The reception will include a buffet dinner, which will begin at 7:15pm following the introductions, dances, and speeches. There will be several appetizers prior to the meal as well. In addition to the entrees, there will be: - Mixed-Green Salad served with garden vegetables, house Italian and buttermilk ranch dressing - Baked Cavatappi with gouda and cheddar cheese topped with panko bread crumbs - Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes - Roasted Brussel Sprouts with bacon
