Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

The wedding will start early evening on Friday, so try to fly into Austin by Friday afternoon at the latest. In lieu of a rehearsal dinner, we plan to have a series of fun events on Saturday, so we recommend flying out on Sunday morning at the earliest. Note: The hotel provides a free airport shuttle! Once you arrive, call the hotel and they will send the shuttle to the airport to pick you up.

Holiday Inn Austin-Town Lake

We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Austin-Town Lake with rooms blocked from Thursday through Saturday. We'd love to maximize our time with everyone and strongly encourage our guests to stay at the hotel with us, or at least a nearby hotel. You can use the link below to book rooms with our discount code. The hotel also provides a free airport shuttle! Once you arrive, call the hotel and they will send the shuttle to the airport to pick you up. We have had some issues with it saying that rooms are unavailable when they are available. If you encounter this, you can try booking a hotel room without the block code and then text Sam at 631 835 5493 and I can add you to the block. Apologies for the inconvenience. Also, while the wedding is on Friday night, we would encourage our guests to stay Saturday night as well so you can join the fun around Austin! We plan on utilizing the hotel pool, hanging out at the nearby park and doing a bar crawl from the hotel on Saturday.

Getting to venue

Our wedding is at Rambling Rose Ranch, which is a short 20 minute drive from South Congress Ave. There will not be a shuttle, so we would recommend either taking a ride share service or driving, if you plan on renting a car. To avoid congestion we recommend scheduling your Uber or ride share in advance, both to and from the wedding.
