It all started in high school, our junior year. At first, there was a bit of hesitation, but eventually, we took the chance—and we’re so glad we did. Our first date was simple yet unforgettable: a casual trip to Whataburger, where we laughed over fries and shared stories about everything and nothing. In 2017, one of us moved to San Antonio for college, and two years later, the other followed for work. It felt like we were brought together in this city, and here we found so many possibilities. One of our favorite things San Antonio had to offer were our fur babies. Max, is our sweet Lab who quickly stole our hearts. Two years later, Remi, our adorable teacup Yorkie, joined the big city! Through all of life’s ups and downs, we’ve always been each other’s unwavering support. Whether we’re tackling challenges together or laughing until our sides hurt, we know we’re exactly where we’re meant to be—by each other’s side. As we think about the future, we can’t imagine it without one another. The love, support, and joy we’ve found together have been more than we could have ever hoped for, and for that, we’re forever grateful. We’ve built something beautiful together, and we’re so excited for the next chapter as we say “I do.”

Robert and Elizabeth had been together for over seven years, and while they had talked about the future, neither of them expected for the next chapter to come during a cruise to Mexico with their friends and family. For Robert, though, he had been planning for months, and now that the trip had arrived, it was time. It was day two of the cruise. Robert had a plan, but Elizabeth had no idea. Elizabeth did not notice the shimmering “Marry Me” sign that was set right in front of her on the rail of the deck. As she turned around to take a picture with Robert. She froze for a second, piecing it all together, and before she could say anything, she saw Robert down on one knee. Without missing a beat, Robert opened a box, revealing a beautiful diamond ring. With a huge smile and eyes full of happy tears, of course she said yes! It was perfect for them—just a moment they’d remember forever.
