Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than September 1st 2025, please!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will take place in a beautiful state park, surrounded by trees and natural terrain. Since the ground may be uneven with branches and forest floor, we recommend choosing shoes that will keep you comfortable while walking and standing. We’d love for everyone to dress elegantly, but with practicality in mind for the outdoor setting. Our wedding colors are in shades of forest green, so if you’d like to join in on the theme, that would be a lovely touch!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We’d love if you contributed to our honeymoon fund through the registry tab via Venmo—no amount is too big or too small, and we appreciate it all! If you don’t have Venmo or Zelle, no worries—there will be a box at the ceremony and dinner where you can drop off a card instead.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 12:30 PM, but we strongly recommend arriving at least an hour early, especially if you are not carpooling or using Uber/Lyft. Parking at the park is very limited, and arriving well in advance will give you enough time to secure a spot, walk to the ceremony site, and get settled before we begin. We’d hate for anyone to miss a moment of the celebration, so please plan ahead to arrive early.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is public parking at the state park, but please arrive early to secure a spot! When you reach the entrance booth, ask for the parking lot near “Smoky’s Den” — that’s where our wedding ceremony will take place. Be sure to drive all the way to the back of the park.

Question

Do I have to pay for parking?

Answer

When you arrive at the park, there will be a $10 parking fee at the entrance. The friendly staff will be happy to guide you to the Smokey Den area where our ceremony will take place. Please bring cash or card for the parking fee.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Due to a strict capacity limit for the ceremony and dinner, we kindly ask that only guests listed on the RSVP section attend. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to permit capacity, we have only invited a few little ones to our celebration. If your child’s name is listed on the RSVP section, they are warmly invited to join us!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please! If you have any specific dietary needs, kindly reach out to the Bride at (650) 255-2401. Vegetarian and pescatarian options will be available to enjoy.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’re hosting a dinner in Forestville at 5:00 PM. Between the ceremony and dinner, we’ll be taking some photos, so feel free to explore and enjoy all that Guernville/Forestville has to offer before dinner begins!

Question

What do I do between the ceremony and the dinner?

Answer

Enjoy the beautiful Sonoma County—one of our favorite places! Please take some time to explore and soak in the surroundings while we take photos between the ceremony and dinner at 5:00 PM
