Hampton Inn & Suites Newport/Cincinnati

Please book you room before April 1, 2021 in order to get a room in the block of rooms that we have reserved! Just say our names when you call! The hotel is around a 28 minute drive to the venue! Check in is at 4:00pm on Saturday. If you are planning on arriving Saturday, make sure to call to see if your room is available for earlier check in. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 4:30pm.

Shuttle

Shuttle to the Venue and Hotel

June 5, 2021 4:30 pm - 12:30 am

On the day of the wedding, shuttles will be taking guests from the hotel to the Inn at Oneonta before the Ceremony and will bring guests back to the Hotel after the Reception. The shuttles will be leaving the hotel at 4:30 pm and leaving the venue at 12:00am. You are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages on the shuttle as long as they are not glass bottles. If you do not wish to ride the shuttle, thats ok! There are plenty of spaces to park at the venue if you would like to drive yourself! Uber is not readily available around the venue, so please keep this mind when deciding whether to dive or take the shuttle. You are able to park your car overnight at the venue if needed, as long as you pick up your car before Noon on Sunday.
