A complimentary shuttle will be provided for guests staying at our room-block hotels (Quality Inn & Suites – Brainerd, AmericInn – Baxter, and Holiday Inn Express – Baxter). Each shuttle trip has a maximum capacity of 56 seats, so to make sure everyone can be accommodated, we’ll likely need guests to utilize both the earlier and later trips to the venue.
