What is the deadline to RSVP?

We ask that all RSVPs be returned by May 15th!

The ceremony begins at 4:15. Please be seated by 4:00!

Will the room block hotels have an early check in?

Answer

If you are staying at the Quality Inn, a 1:00 check in has been arranged for the room block. Please inquire with the Holiday Inn and AmericInn individually to see if an early check in is available.

Which shuttle should I take to the ceremony?

Answer

The second bus, arriving at 3:45 is the preferred bus for drop-off at the venue. Please note the pick-up time for your hotel and be ready several minutes early! If the second bus is full, please sign up for the bus arriving at the venue at 2:45.

What time will the shuttle leave the venue in the evening?

Answer

There will be two shuttles available to return to the room block hotels in the evening. The first will leave the venue at 9:00, and the second will leave the venue at 11:00.
