We currently have a limited 15 room block reserved at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center Leesburg. Booking link at: https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/PC02I1. Due to the finite amount of hotel choices in the area, the amount of rooms available to block off are limited. However, there will likely be individual hotel rooms (not with the block) available, and there are many great hotel options nearby (see our Travel page for other recommendations).
We ask for everyone to RSVP by the end of August 2022, and no later than September 15, 2022.
Only if: - they were on your invitation. - the RSVP page lists their name. - we specifically gave you permission to bring them along.
The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at Stoneleigh Golf and Country Club.
There are many great places in Northern Virginia for shopping, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and other activities. Please see our "Things To Do" page for places we highly recommend attending if you have the time before or after the wedding.
Shuttle - There will be a shuttle from Clarion Hotel and Conference Center Leesburg leaving at 4:10pm. The shuttle will be available to return guests back to the Clarion Hotel at 9pm and 10:45pm.
There is plenty of parking available at the venue, so you are welcome to drive.
The Loudoun Yellow Cab company is available 24/7 and can be reached at 703-437-9100 or www.loudounyellowcab.com FYI - There will likely be limited Uber and Lyft options and we recommend planning ahead of time if you will need transportation to or from the venue, but don't intend on taking the shuttle.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
We ask that all of our guests are fully vaccinated, if possible; however, the venue does not have any restrictions at this time.
