Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail / Semi-formal attire

There is a short outdoor walk between the hotel and ceremony/reception space; there will be a coatroom available if needed. Plan to arrive at the ballroom at 5:00 to allow transition time before the ceremony begins. Please come prepared with a quote, prayer, encouragement, or other sentiment you wish to express to the bride and groom. Guests will write this on a provided note card upon arrival, hold onto it throughout the ceremony, and drop it in a basket as they exit.
