What is the parking situation?
Answer
There is a large paved lot across from the lodge where quests can park. There will be signage to help direct guests.

What are the Food Options?
Answer
There will be a number of foods served through out the appetizer, main course, and Desert. There are vegetarian and gluten free options available for all three courses. Food will be served Buffet/Station style, so guests can choose only what they want to eat. We will work with the caterer to provide signage indicating ingredients for each dish to help those with food allergies or restrictions know what is safe for them to consume.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have two signature cocktails, beer, seltzers, and a Red and White wine option. This is all supplied by the bride and groom, no cost to guest. We encourage guests to bring cash for tipping the bar tenders or to contribute to the Tip Fund in the Registry to help thank the support staff after the event concludes. There will not be liquor other than the liquor used in the two signature cocktails (Vodka and Gin). If you have a strong preference for an alcohol not provided, you are welcome to bring it yourself and provide it to our bar tenders for serving.

What should I wear?
Answer
What ever makes you comfortable! The venue is an outdoor camp ground, but the space around the lodge and ceremony site is mostly paved. The ceremony site itself is mulch. we recommend comfortable shoes, especially for those utilizing the cabins in the woods for the evening.

Can I bring my dog?
Answer
Unfortunately not. The venue only allows the bride and groom to bring furry companions on site. However, you are welcome to borrow Groomsman Kirby and Oliver (our dogs) for any puppy support needs you might have.

What if it rains?
Answer
We will be prepared! The Ceremony site is located outside, but there is a pavilion big enough to have the ceremony under if the weather is acting up a little. If the weather is acting up ALOT we will move the ceremony inside the lodge where dinner will served.

Where should I stay? (Hotel Information)
Answer
There are a handful of hotels within a 30 minute drive of the venue. Our venue is a campground in the woods, so unless you would like to take advantage of onsite camping, the nearest accommodations are a wee bit of a scoot. Guests are encouraged to also explore available Airbnb/Vacation Rental type accommodations which might be closer than some of the closest hotel options.
