Set Up and Decorate

For those volunteering to help us set up and decorate, and/or are staying overnight and wish to come early to set up their sleeping space, the wedding couple planning committee will be arriving at 1:00 pm. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime between 1:00pm and 4:45 pm. If you would like to volunteer to come early and help us set up, please let us know!

We would be honored to have you join us for our special day! Please arrive by 4:30 pm in order to ensure all guests are situated for the Wedding Ceremony at 5:00
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Cocktail Hour
5:15 pm - 6:30 pm
Appetizers and the Bar will be available on the patio between the lodge and the ceremony site. The Bar will be stocked with two signature cocktails, a variety of canned beverages, and a selection of wine, all of which is available at no cost to our guests.
Dinner
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us in the lodge for dinner! Dinner will be served in stations/Buffet style. There will be Gluten Free and Vegetarian options available.
Toasts
7:15 pm - 7:45 pm
Deserts and Dancing
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us for Desserts and Dancing and general Merriment! An Ice Cream Sunday Bar along with Cupcakes will be available inside the lodge. There will be a Smores Station available for guests at the pavilion fire pit next to the lodge as well.
After Party Bonfire
10:00 pm
For those staying on site or those just wanting to party into the night, the After Party will pick up in the Pavilion for a continuation of Smores and merriment. Please note, sound ordinance kicks in at 10:00 PM so all after party activities must maintain a volume that is respectful of residential neighbors to the property.
